General terms of service


1. The customer shall not send inflammable, explosive and fragile goods in the package. The customer shall be responsible for all losses and damages caused by the customer's violation of the relevant regulations on prohibition and restriction of sending.


Items not transported by our company include:

Articles prohibited from circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;

Articles prohibited from circulation or delivery by laws and regulations of the destination country;

Inflammable, explosive and fragile articles;

Radioactive, toxic and corrosive substances;

Living animals and plants or animal and plant specimens;

Articles that impede public health or are prone to pollution;


Liquid and powder;

Medicines and health products;


Currency and securities;

Articles involving copyright and intellectual property;

Other illegal articles;

2. Our company will not make any commitment to the delay during transit due to customs inspection, traffic jam and other reasons.

3. The goods delivered by the customer must comply with the local laws and regulations of the destination. In case of any discrepancy, the customer shall bear all the consequences.

4. For losses caused by force majeure, natural causes or government agencies detaining the goods, our company has the obligation to minimize the losses, but does not assume relevant liability for compensation.

5. If the recipient's address is incorrect or unknown, or the package contains prohibited articles or is returned for other reasons other than our company's, the customer shall bear the relevant expenses arising from the return. We will not be directly liable for the loss or damage of returned parts not caused by our company.

6. If the package is lost or damaged before being delivered to the postal agency or the relevant express company due to our direct reason, our company shall bear all liability for compensation according to the declared value or actual value of the package (whichever is lower).

7. For the loss caused by the loss or damage of the parcel delivered by registered air mail or international express (including EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.) in the process of mailing, our company will assist the customer to lodge a claim with the postal agency or the relevant express company, but will not bear direct liability for compensation. The customer shall not pay the freight to our company on the basis of claim progress or claim result.

8. There is no inquiry service and compensation for packages delivered by ordinary air mail (not included in Item 7).

9. The annexes to these terms include the regulations on handling of abnormal parcels and the financial settlement system, which have the same effect as these terms.
