TNT express import operation process

1. Power of attorney

The shipper shall fill in the freight consignment note by himself. The consignment note shall include the required information on the express manifest. Pay special attention to the address and contact information of the consignee and consignor.

2. Prepare customs clearance materials

Provide customs registration code, packing list, invoice, contract and other detailed information, such as cargo description, quantity, unit price, total price, currency and origin. Total value of declared goods: the sum of declared value of each kind of goods must be consistent with the contents in the column "Customs declared value" (including currency and amount) in the "description of goods" on the waybill. If it is a document, fill in "NCV".

3. Expense settlement

The consignor and the freight forwarder shall settle the freight and miscellaneous charges after customs clearance.

4. Arrange delivery

After customs clearance, arrange the customer to pick up the goods or deliver them to the door according to the prior entrustment.

Precautions for TNT express import operation

1. For smooth customs clearance, please fill in the specific name, accessories and materials of the goods, and do not just fill in the words "accessories" or "samples".

2. The sender should fill in the full name. The sender must sign on the waybill and fill in the actual date of mailing.

3. The terms of the express waybill contract (scope of liability, maximum amount of liability insurance, difficult parts) are indicated on the back of the waybill of each major express company. Please read these terms carefully before sending

TNT import remarks:

Lithium battery products can be built in or matched, and the battery fee is 50 yuan / ticket (countries with batteries are not acceptable: Qatar and Somalia). Please indicate the battery model and battery capacity on the waybill; Countries where TNT does not provide services: Iran, Cambodia, Sudan, South Sudan, Russia. Only Moscow and St. Petersburg provide services and do not accept personal items.

Certificate of origin and original invoice shall be provided if the single invoice in Kuwait exceeds 70kg or the declared value exceeds USD1500; Qatar does not accept products with batteries and needs to provide CO and signed original invoice. If the declared value in Bahrain exceeds 100usd, the original co shall be provided. If it is not provided, a fine will be imposed. In order to facilitate customs clearance, please attach CO and original invoice with the goods from Middle East countries.

1. A separate customs declaration can be received, with a customs declaration fee of 200 yuan / ticket, an additional port crossing fee of RMB 1 yuan / kg, and a minimum consumption of 20 yuan / ticket.

2. The original invoice of this channel is transferred. If DDP is indicated on the invoice, the destination TNT will default to tariff prepayment regardless of whether the shipment requires tariff prepayment. Please pay special attention.

3. If the customs declaration value exceeds or is equal to 120 US dollars, an additional customs declaration fee of 25 yuan / ticket shall be charged. If the invoice declaration value exceeds usd5900, an additional Hong Kong export customs declaration fee shall be charged. The billing method is (declaration value * 7.8-46000) / 1000 * 0.25 + 25

4. The cut-off time is 14:00. Please note the delivery code: thd on the delivery list and waybill. Otherwise, the most expensive price will be used for settlement.

5. TNT will charge additional security surcharge for each cargo from December 12, 2010. The surcharge is 0.5rmb/kg; The minimum consumption of a single ticket is 5RMB, and the maximum consumption is 100RMB. No fuel is required for this fee.

6. TNT will charge a special operation handling fee of rmb155 / ticket (plus fuel surcharge of the current month) for the goods that meet any of the following conditions. If the goods meet two or more of the following conditions, TNT will only charge a special operation handling fee

1) Goods not suitable for conveyor belt operation: when the weight of any goods is less than 30kg, but the size of any side exceeds 120cm (length) * 70cm (width) * 60cm (height); If the actual weight of a single piece is 20kg and the size is 80 * 72 * 30cm, special handling fee shall be charged

2) Oversized cargo: when the weight of any cargo is equal to or greater than 30kg, but the size of any side exceeds 120cm (length) * 120cm (width) * 150cm (height);

7. If the receiving address is in a remote area, a remote surcharge shall be charged: the charging standard is RMB: 3.5/kg, and the minimum is RMB: 80 / ticket, excluding fuel. This fee shall be paid by the sender.

8. The freight does not include the invoice tax and destination tariff. If the recipient refuses to pay the tariff, it will be automatically changed to the shipper's payment.

9. If the destination customer has no import right or refuses to pay customs duties, or the local recipient fails to provide relevant documents to assist in customs clearance within the time limited by the destination customs, resulting in storage fees, destruction and forcible return of goods to the destination, the relevant expenses incurred shall be paid by the sender.

10. If each customer needs to make a claim for the defective parts, please submit a written application to our company within one week from the date of signing. The overdue parts will not be handled. There is no compensation for the delay, damage and partial loss of the goods. The total loss is compensated by the declared value of the invoice, and the maximum compensation is 100usd, not the freight

11. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of any of the above terms. If the customer uses the above services, it means that the customer has fully understood our terms and prices.

12. Surcharge for non stackable goods: 240rmb / ticket plus fuel surcharge of the current month. The standard for non stackable goods is as follows:

1) Any pallet without a flat surface

2) Any non pallet goods without a flat surface and cannot be put into the cage car

3) Any pallet cargo using nested pallets

4) Any goods that are not supported but have no flat surface for stacking

13. If the delivery of goods is unsuccessful due to unknown address, or the recipient has moved away from the address on the original waybill, a handling fee of RMB100 / ticket for changing the delivery address will be generated (additional fuel surcharge will be added). No bill will be provided for this fee, and the TNT official website will prevail.

14. The tariff prepayment fee is changed to 200 yuan / ticket. The import tariff is paid by the recipient by default, but if the recipient refuses to pay the tariff, it will be paid by the sender unconditionally and will be valid for one year.

15. Priority treatment surcharge: the charging standard is 180 yuan / ticket * oil.

16. Warehouse occupation surcharge: all goods are picked up and delivered according to TNT's arrangement. If the sender or recipient requests to reschedule, resulting in the goods occupying TNT's site for a longer time, TNT will charge warehouse occupation fee, which is subject to the agency bill.

17. There is no compensation for delay, damage and partial loss. All losses shall be compensated by the declared value of the invoice, and the maximum compensation is 100usd, without compensation for freight.

Saudi customs clearance requirements:

As the Saudi customs has changed the new customs clearance mode, from now on, all goods transferred to Saudi Arabia via Riyadh must provide the following information in the accompanying documents:

1. The original commercial invoice issued by the chamber of Commerce; 2. Certificate of origin certified by the chamber of Commerce; 3. Original SASO Certificate (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization certification certificate); 4. The waybill and invoice must indicate the effective telephone number of the recipient, and the invoice must indicate the HS code, origin, truthfully declare the value of the goods, etc; 5. The goods must be labeled with "made in China" or "manufactured in China". The customs does not accept the identification of the country of origin on the outer package of the goods.

"The products that need to provide SASO certificates include: class I toys; class II Electrical and electronic products; class III automotive products; class IV chemical products, medical instruments, medical products and military products.

For example: notebook computers, computer accessories, motor accessories, automobile accessories, light fittings, adapters, chargers, computer spare parts, mobile phones and their accessories, various cables and switches of household appliances and communication equipment. The sender needs to provide the original SASO certificate, and only recognizes the SASO certificates issued by SGS, Intertek, bureau, Veritas and TUV.

Note: SASO is the abbreviation of Saudi Arabian Standards Organization, namely Saudi Arabian Standards Organization. SASO is responsible for formulating national standards for all daily necessities and products, and the standards also involve measurement systems, logos, etc. The Ministry of industry and Commerce of Saudi Arabia and SASO require all products covered by SASO certification standards to have SASO certification when entering Saudi customs.

Customs clearance requirements in Qatar:
