Relevant tariff

The tariff generated in the destination country shall be subject to the specific customs clearance fee (generally, the tariff generated by the high declared value will be relatively high, and if the declared value is too low compared with the actual value, the tariff will also be relatively high);

The customs duties and customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country are generally paid by the recipient. If the customs duties and customs clearance fees have been incurred and the recipient refuses to pay within the processing time specified by China TNT, the fees will be forcibly transferred to the sender.

Loss settlement

Compensation standard: if the declared value of the compensation package is verified by TNT, the maximum compensation shall not exceed 100usd. Partial damage or loss shall be compensated according to the percentage of the actual lost quantity in the total, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD100, and the freight shall not be accompanied.

Return process

A. The parcel is returned by TNT or China Customs forcibly before leaving China:

1. The package fails to pass the customs inspection or the customs considers the contents of the package unsuitable for export;

2. The parcel has passed the airport security check, and there are articles prohibited or restricted by air in the parcel, and the sender cannot provide relevant supporting documents;

If the above reasons are returned, customers can find out the reasons for returning parts through TNT's official customer service telephone; And the package generally needs 1

It can only be returned to the Feite parcel processing center within 2 working days. After returning, our company can refund the customer's freight but not the processing fee; For some prohibited items sent by customers, Feite logistics will deal with them according to the actual situation.

B. The package has left China and has been forcibly returned for the following reasons:

1. Because of the contents of the package, it fails to pass the inspection of the customs of the destination country or is forcibly returned by the local customs;

2. The parcel is forcibly returned by the local TNT or customs because the recipient or sender fails to assist in handling the parcel within the specified time;

C. Others are forcibly returned by the local TNT or customs due to the package or the recipient;

If the package is returned in the above circumstances, TNT will not charge any return fee, and will charge the corresponding return fee according to the mode of transportation used at the time of return. The final return fee is subject to TNT's bill.

D. Return to China other instructions

1. Packages returned to China may be subject to import tariff and value-added tax. If the amount of tariff and value-added tax is less than RMB20000, China TNT will advance payment, and then collect cash or cheque from the customer while delivering the package.

2. We do not accept any counterfeit goods and any contraband. Once found, our company has the right not to return the freight and goods. Any incidental expenses arising from customs clearance shall be borne by the sender!

A. Articles that may endanger aviation safety:
