5、 Volume and weight limitations

1. Weight limit

• each parcel should weigh no more than 2kg.

2. Volume limit

• square goods: length + width + height ≤ 90cm, unilateral length ≤ 60cm

• round shaft goods: the sum of twice the diameter plus the length ≤ 104cm, and the length of one side ≤ 90cm mm

6、 Package inquiry

The second day after the delivery of the parcel, you can register it on the Swedish post inquiry website, and it will be postponed in case of holidays.

7、 Tariff / customs clearance (free)

There will be no customs duties or customs clearance fees for the small package of Swedish post when it is exported, but import duties may be incurred when it is imported from the destination country, which varies according to the provisions of the customs tax laws of each country.

8、 Restricted items

All goods that cannot be mailed or restricted according to the international aviation terms, such as pure battery products, imitation brands, liquids, powders, pastes, drugs, arms, etc

9、 Compensation / insurance

1) Swedish small package registration does not provide insurance service;

2) If the package is lost before it is delivered to Sweden post Singapore processing center (that is, before the package goes online), it will be compensated twice the freight before it goes online, up to 300 yuan / ticket (including freight);

3) If the package is lost after being delivered to Sweden post (i.e. after the package is online) and confirmed to be lost by Sweden post, it will be compensated twice the freight, up to 300 yuan / ticket (including freight).
