FedEx import operation process

1. Power of attorney

The shipper shall fill in the freight consignment note by himself. The consignment note shall include the required information on the express manifest. Pay special attention to the address and contact information of the consignee and consignor.

2. Prepare customs clearance materials

Provide customs registration code, packing list, invoice, contract and other detailed information, such as cargo description, quantity, unit price, total price, currency and origin. Total value of declared goods: the sum of declared value of each kind of goods must be consistent with the contents in the column "Customs declared value" (including currency and amount) in the "description of goods" on the waybill. If it is a document, fill in "NCV".

3. Expense settlement

The consignor and the freight forwarder shall settle the freight and miscellaneous charges after customs clearance.

4. Arrange delivery

After customs clearance, arrange the customer to pick up the goods or deliver them to the door according to the prior entrustment.

Shipping instructions:

1. The above price is the quotation of freight from abroad to Hong Kong, excluding import and export taxes and miscellaneous charges. If the customs needs any information or generates taxes and miscellaneous charges, the client shall provide and pay them; This service requires the sender to provide the shipping label or waybill, and provide the invoice box list. Please be sure to confirm the correct receiving address and shipping channel in Hong Kong with the foreign sender. If the goods are sent to the wrong address or channel due to the sender's problem, the expenses and customs declaration procedures incurred shall be borne and borne by the client.

2. The weight charge is based on the comparison between the actual weight and the volume weight, whichever is heavier (the volume weight calculation method is: length x width x height cm / 5000 = kg); The billing weight is subject to the bill fed back by the service provider, and the notice is valid within 2 months after the goods are signed.

3. For express mails with overseas pick-up address or Hong Kong delivery address in remote areas, a remote area surcharge will be charged. The standard is RMB 5 / kg, and the minimum charge for each ticket is RMB 250. Fuel will be charged for the remote area surcharge.

4. The service quotation adopts ie service, and the delivery address is our Hong Kong warehouse by default. If you need to go to the designated company address in Hong Kong, you must apply to the salesman for confirmation!

6. Hong Kong imported goods must declare to the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department within 14 days after arrival in Hong Kong. If they fail to declare, they will be fined. If they fail to do so, they may be blacklisted by the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. If your company needs our company to declare on behalf of you, please make a request to our company when placing an order. Our company will charge 150RMB customs declaration service fee + customs declaration fee. If the information is not provided in time, the fees and penalties resulting in customs declaration delay will be paid by the client. 7. If you need to import goods, please fill in our import power of attorney and send it to the mailbox together with the invoice (must have the HS code of the goods). Please indicate the delivery channel code on the power of attorney. Our company will provide the federal control number after placing an order, and will feed back the pick-up number after picking up the goods.

Precautions for FedEx import operation

1. For smooth customs clearance, please fill in the specific name, accessories and materials of the goods, and do not just fill in the words "accessories" or "samples".

2. The sender should fill in the full name. The sender must sign on the waybill and fill in the actual date of mailing.
