7、 Loss settlement:

-Application time: no package is received within 1-3 months from the date of delivery;

-Compensation standard: if the registered parcel of China post is confirmed to be lost, the value of the goods to be compensated will be evaluated according to the declared value, and the final compensation amount will be subject to the compensation standard of the post office. The post office shall compensate for 2 or 3 times of the freight (referring to the freight after discount) without refund. The final compensation amount shall be subject to the compensation standard of the post office. Surface mail packages do not accept inquiries and do not provide compensation services.

-And fill in the name, declared value, weight and address of the items in the package in the specified columns;

-The currency shall be indicated in the value related column, and it is recommended to use USD

2. Address label

-Paste the address label in the middle of the front of the package

Note: the package should be intact, not easy to be damaged, and irrelevant marks should not be carried as far as possible. It is recommended to paste fragile marks on fragile products.

9、 Return fee

If the parcel is returned to the sender due to the recipient's failure to sign for receipt, the parcel cannot enter the destination customs, or the recipient fails to provide handling advice within the specified time limit, the parcel will be returned to our company from the destination country without any cost.
