Domestic trade shipping operation process

1、 The consignor shall submit a letter of authorization to the agency company to confirm the mode of transportation and expenses. The details are as follows:

1. Door to door:

After the consignor inquires and confirms all the expenses from the consignor's warehouse to the consignee's warehouse from the agent company, the agent or shipping company's office will arrange the sending of vehicles for packing and delivery after the boxes arrive according to the warehouse address provided by the consignor.

2. Yard to yard:

The agent or shipping company's office collects the loading, unloading and sea transportation fees from the consignor or consignee. The consignor or consignee handles the land transportation and port delivery fees from two ports to two warehouses by itself.

3. From freight station to freight station:

The agent or the shipping company's office collects the cost of sea transportation from the consignor, and the consignor or the consignor handles and pays the land transportation fee from the two ports to the warehouses in the two places, as well as the port miscellaneous fees and packing fees at the ports.

2、 The agency company shall prepare the waybill, warehouse receipt and expense list according to the power of attorney and packing list (submitted by the shipper), and deliver the above documents to the shipping company after arranging the shipment.

3、 The shipping company confirms with the agent the fees, service methods and requirements for arriving at the port of destination.

4、 The agent company notifies the consignee to pick up the goods or arrange for the delivery to the designated gate of the consignee on the waybill.

5、 The consignor shall sign for the goods and return the receipt to the agent.

6、 The agent or the shipping company's office and shipping company fax or return the signed receipt to the shipper.

7、 The consignor shall deliver all freight payable to the agent.

8、 The agency company shall pay the fees payable to the shipping company to the shipping company.
