1. Price: FedEx's "volume weight" calculation formula is: (length cm x width cm x height cm) ÷ 5000. If the "volume weight" of the goods is greater than the "actual weight", it will be charged according to the "volume weight".

• residential delivery surcharge: residential delivery surcharge will be charged for all international express residential deliveries to the United States and Canada. 2. Declared value

3. Addressee address
FedEx does not accept PO Box email address, and must provide the recipient's telephone number. The above information should be filled in English, and other languages are not allowed.
Volume weight limit
The longest side of a FedEx single piece shall not exceed 274cm, and the length of the longest side + other two sides shall not exceed 330cm; There are more than one ticket (each of which is not more than 68kg). The total weight of a single ticket cannot exceed 300kg. If it exceeds 300kg, please make an appointment in advance; If a single parcel or multiple parcels in one ticket exceeds 68kg, you need to make an appointment in advance. FedEx has to declare separately if the declared value exceeds 5000RMB.

Packaging requirements
Please note that the package should be intact and not easy to be damaged. Besides the address label, try not to carry other irrelevant marks on the outer side of the package. For fragile goods, it is better to have the fragile mark on the outer package, and stick the address label printed from the United Express Freight System in the middle of the front of the parcel. Please pack your package properly to avoid damage during transportation.

Compensation and insurance
